The law firm provides debt collection services before any Italian court.
The debt collection service can be divided into two stages:

• an out-of-Court stage in which contact is made with the debtor and the possibility of reaching a settlement agreement is evaluated
• a judicial stage

For the out-of-Court stage, our fee consists of a fixed fee in addition to a perencentage on the amounts recovered. For the judicial stage, taxes and fees of the Court proceeding vary depending on the amount of the sum to be recovered.
Caps may be agreed upon for certain stages of the proceeding.
