SECTION II – SPECIFIC INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING RESERVED AREAS OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ON DEMAND
A) REGISTRATION TO SEMINARS, WEBINAR AND OTHER EVENTS
Personal Data that you communicate to Studio Legale Mattioli by filling out the appropriate forms – in order to sign up for training seminars, webinars or other similar events – shall be processed by Studio Legale Mattioli exclusively and for the limited time required for you to get registered and admitted to the event. The provision of data marked in the form with (*) is mandatory. In case of failure to provide such data, it will not be possible to process your requests.
B) SENDING OF INVITATIONS TO FUTURE EVENTS, NEWSLETTERS, UPDATES AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL
Should you give your consent, Personal Data can also be used by Studio Legale Mattioli in order to send you invitations to seminars and training events which involve Bacciardi Partners, newsletters, legislation and case-law updates, informational and promotional materials regarding Studio Legale Mattioli’ activities.
Personal Data processing, in respect of such activities, will last up to 24 months, starting from the date the consent is given or from the end of the use of the services offered by Studio Legale Mattioli, which can also encompass the newsletter service. In case of failure to give your consent, you will not receive the above-mentioned information, invitations and materials.
For any matter not expressly regulated by this Section II, the provisions of Section I above shall apply.
